Exercise on vacation and in everyday life is very important to me. I go jogging about five times a week - often on the beach - and try to move as much as possible in everyday life instead of taking the car. To be less susceptible to knee pain and heel pain on vacation and on longer trips, you can do some preparation at home in advance. The best way to do this is to get enough exercise in everyday life, slowly increase the walking and running distances on vacation and not overdo it in sporting activities.
